The Picket

Shepherd University’s student-run newspaper, The Picket, is a publication that I started writing for in January 2013. I write weekly articles for the Arts & Styles section and occasionally the News section. More recently, I’ve become the multimedia manager for all of their online social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram and was also given the chance to re-vamp The Picket’s online presence and created a new website that utilizes multimedia and social networks. It also now allows for more up to date information and additional news stories that aren’t found in our weekly print edition. Check out some of  my latest articles!
